Job Description 

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will own and manage the sales process from qualified lead to close, focusing on executive engagement, solution demonstration and positioning, due diligence support and contract negotiation. The BDR team handles lead generation and initial qualification, so your role is to convert pre-qualified opportunities into high-value deals with banks and credit unions. This is a strategic, consultative role requiring a deep understanding of financial institution priorities, competitive positioning, and enterprise sales complexities.

Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within your assigned territory
Build and manage a strong pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting (cold calls,
email, social selling, and in-person meetings)
Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through negotiation and close
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term success
Effectively position Nuuvia’s solutions by addressing technical, budgetary, and  competitive considerations
Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking within CRM systems
Qualify and convert inbound leads through timely and strategic follow up
Deliver consistent reporting on pipeline health, sales performance, and key metrics

Required Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of experience in corporate software, SaaS sales, or business development Experience selling into financial institutions (community banks, credit unions, or regional  banks strongly preferred)
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly self-motivated with the ability to operate independently in a remote environment
Willingness to travel within your territory (approximately 50%)
Proficiency with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn  Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
