Job Description 

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will own and manage the sales process from qualified lead to close, focusing on executive engagement, solution demonstration and positioning, due diligence support and contract negotiation. The BDR team handles lead generation and initial qualification, so your role is to convert pre-qualified opportunities into high-value deals with banks and credit unions. This is a strategic, consultative role requiring a deep understanding of financial institution priorities, competitive positioning, and enterprise sales complexities.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the sales process for qualified opportunities, including executive presentations, solution positioning, and contract negotiation
• Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers at banks and credit unions
• Articulate Nuuvia’s solutions in the context of institution-specific challenges and
strategic objectives
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Implementation teams to ensure client success and adoption
• Provide market intelligence and insights to guide product enhancements and sales
strategies
• Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and performance reporting

Required Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of direct experience selling to financial institutions (community banks, credit unions, or regional banks)
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and executive-level communication skills
• Skilled in consultative selling and qualification frameworks (MEDDIC, CHAMP, and GPCT)
• Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or equivalent
• Ability to understand institutional priorities, regulatory constraints, and strategic objectives

Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets selling to financial institutions
