Reporting to the President and COO, We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Senior Product Manager to lead our Youth & Intelligent Family Banking platform. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle from market definition to launch and adoption.
Job Description
Nuuvia is seeking a Senior Product Manager. This role sits at the intersection of digital banking, money movement, behavioral engagement, and fintech ecosystem integration. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, customer success, and executive leadership to build a category-defining solution for community financial institutions.
Responsibilities:
• Product Vision & Roadmap: Define strategy, differentiation, competitive
positioning, and long-term roadmap.
• End-to-End Lifecycle Ownership: Develop PRDs, epics, and user stories;
manage backlog prioritization and Agile execution.
• Market & Ecosystem Strategy: Evaluate fintech integrations, regulatory
considerations, and revenue opportunities.
• User Experience Leadership: Define youth, parent, and FI personas; drive
modern UX and frictionless journeys.
• Adoption & Growth Analytics: Establish KPIs for acquisition, engagement,
transaction growth, and deposit impact.
• Go-to-Market Partnership: Support beta launches, pricing models, sales
enablement, and product training.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Align engineering, TPM, QA, sales,
marketing, and executives around clear product priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 7+ years of product management experience in fintech or digital banking.
• 3+ years in leadership
• Proven ownership of products from strategy through launch and adoption.
• Strong understanding of digital banking ecosystems (core integrations,
payments, cards, fraud, account opening).
• Data-driven decision maker with strong analytical rigor.
• Experience working in Agile environments (Jira, Confluence).
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive-level communication skills.
